1995 – Sandeep Jain of Old Delhi, with buzzing streets filled with the aroma of good food, embarked on a journey to explore his unique tenacity to execute and serve vegetarian street food.

2000- The balance of flavours and quality of the food he served grew on the palates of his customers and so grew his name.
Meanwhile, the family realised an increasing gap in the market for quality pure vegetarian food catering and made use of the opportunity, founding Jain Caterers.

2014 – Jain caterers eventually ventured into wedding catering, providing quality vegetarian cuisines and thus starting a grand and passionate journey of flavours, called Eleven Course

2016 – A two-decade culinary experience gave them support to open a restaurant, carrying forward the rich legacy of Jain Caterers. So, Eleven Course Restaurant started with an aim to provide unparalleled services in a fine-dining environment, combined with the traditional hospitality that sets them apart.

2018 – While the Signature service offers the highest quality, expertise and elegance to make the clients’ event a memorable one, a fully customizable premium service, Club Class is born offering to curate an event with culinary expertise and personalised luxury with a truly bespoke experience.
